Hardpark

Hardpark shows you mods on your own car, not on a stock photo of one like it. You photograph the car, pick what you want changed — wheels, ride height, paint or wrap, body kit, tints — and get a render of that car with those changes. Everything below is the short version of how it behaves and what to do when it misbehaves.
The model changes what it can see. A three-quarter view from a step or two back, in daylight, with the whole car in frame, gives it the most to work with.
Your photo is resized on your device before it is sent, and its location data is removed at the same moment — see the privacy policy for what happens after that.
This is the most common thing people write in about, and it is usually one of these three.
Browsing Hardpark is free. Categories, subcategories, your car garage and your build gallery cost nothing and need no subscription — you can open the app, add a car and look around without buying anything. The paywall you see is shown once, right after onboarding, and you can close it and keep browsing.
What costs money is generating a render. A render costs credits, because each one costs us real money to run — the image model bills per generation, and premium models cost more than standard ones. A credit is one unit of that cost: a standard render costs one credit and a premium render costs more, and the cost is shown before you spend anything. Hardpark never spends a credit on a tap you didn't confirm.
There is no free render and no trial — generating always needs credits, and credits always come from money spent one way or another (see "Subscriptions" and "Buying more credits" below). There is still no account either way: no email, no password, no sign-in, whether or not you've bought anything.
Off your device, a finished render stays available for up to 24 hours, then it is permanently deleted from wherever it was held. Standard-tier renders are deleted by our rendering provider at that 24-hour mark; premium-tier renders are held briefly on our own server instead and cleared by an automatic nightly cleanup, which can take up to 48 hours from when the render was made in the worst case. Once that copy is gone, it cannot be brought back from our side or the provider's.
On your phone, it's a different story. If you had the render open in the app, it was already saved into your build gallery (see below) at that moment, and that copy has no expiry — it stays on your phone until you clear your build history or delete the app. So the 24/48-hour clock above only matters if you never actually viewed the render, or if you also want a copy in your Photos app rather than just Hardpark's own gallery — for that, save it to your photo library from the results screen. Re-running the same mods on the same photo produces a new render, not the old one.
If a generation fails, the credit is not consumed — the charge is only settled once a render actually completes. If a render appears stuck, close and reopen the app: work continues on our side while the app is closed, and reopening picks the result back up rather than starting again. If it is still stuck after that, email us with roughly when it happened.
A subscription is what unlocks generating. Hardpark shows you a paywall once, right after onboarding — it can be closed, and closing it still leaves you free to browse. If you generate with zero credits and have never subscribed, that paywall is shown again, honestly, at the moment you try to spend a credit you don't have. Three plans are on offer:
Prices shown are for the US storefront; Apple sets the local equivalent for every other country and that is what actually charges you. All three renew automatically until cancelled, and the paywall states the exact renewal price and period for whichever plan you have selected before you buy.
Anything you buy is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store — Hardpark never sees your card details. To view, change or cancel a subscription, use Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone; cancelling there stops the next renewal, and you keep access for the period you already paid for. If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall to bring an active subscription back without paying again.
If you already have an active subscription and run out of its allowance before the next renewal, Hardpark offers a separate top-up screen instead of sending you back through the subscription paywall — three one-time credit packs, no renewal, no expiry:

A top-up pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — it does not renew and the credits it grants never expire, unlike the allowance a subscription plan renews each period. This screen is only offered to a device that already holds an active subscription; it is not a way to generate without ever subscribing.
The short answer: your original photo is shrunk and stripped of its location data on your phone, sent to the image model, and never stored off your phone — not by us, not by the provider. Hardpark does keep that shrunken, location-stripped copy on your own phone, one per car in your garage, so it still knows each car the next time you open it; each copy is skipped by iCloud and device backups, is overwritten when you retake that car's photo, and all of them are deleted with the app. Off your phone, only the render itself persists — on fal's server for standard-tier renders, or briefly on our own server for premium-tier ones — and it is gone within 24 hours for standard renders, and within 48 hours at the outside for premium ones. That does not mean the picture is gone entirely: if you had it open in the app, it was already saved into your build gallery on your phone (see below), and that local copy does not expire on the same clock. The privacy policy writes the whole journey out step by step, including the parts bounded by a third party or by our own cleanup schedule.
Every render you complete is also saved into a build gallery inside the app, so you can look back at past builds. It lives only on your phone — nothing about it is uploaded — and it has no automatic expiry; entries stay until you remove them or uninstall the app. If you want to clear it, Clear build history in Settings removes every entry at once, immediately. See the privacy policy for where it's stored.
Your garage can hold more than one car. Add another from the "your car" row on the home screen, and switch between them any time. With more than one car, Settings shows Manage your cars instead of a single "Forget my car" button — from there you can rename, switch to, or remove any car individually. Removing a car deletes that car's photo from the phone immediately; it does not touch your other cars, your build gallery, or your server data.
Settings has three delete controls, and they are separate on purpose. Forget my car (or per-car removal in Manage your cars once you have more than one) deletes a car's photo from this phone, immediately — picking a different photo replaces it too, and deleting the app removes all of them. Clear build history removes every entry in your build gallery from this phone, immediately. Delete my data removes your device's record on our server, its balance and its generation history. Clearing one does not clear the others, so that removing your server record does not silently throw away the photos or gallery you built up on this phone.
You can also delete a single render, which makes it unreachable from the app immediately. What happens to the underlying image next depends on its quality tier: a standard-tier render's bytes leave our provider within 24 hours; a premium-tier render's bytes are held briefly on our own server and are cleared automatically no later than 48 hours after the render was made. Nothing needs deleting anywhere else, because no copy of your original photo is stored off your device in either case. The privacy policy lists exactly what each control does and does not reach. Email us if you want any of this done and cannot find it in the app.
