Hardpark

Hardpark shows you mods on your own car, not on a stock photo of one like it. You photograph the car, pick what you want changed — wheels, ride height, paint or wrap, body kit, tints — and get a render of that car with those changes. Everything below is the short version of how it behaves and what to do when it misbehaves.
The model changes what it can see. A three-quarter view from a step or two back, in daylight, with the whole car in frame, gives it the most to work with.
Your photo is resized on your device before it is sent, and its location data is removed at the same moment — see the privacy policy for what happens after that.
This is the most common thing people write in about, and it is usually one of these three.
A render costs credits, because each one costs us real money to run — the image model bills per generation, and premium models cost more than standard ones. A credit is simply one unit of that cost: a standard render costs one credit, and a premium render costs more, with the exact number shown next to the option before you spend anything. You always see the cost before it is charged; Hardpark never spends a credit on a tap you didn't confirm.
Prices and the credits included with each option are shown inside the app rather than here, because Apple sets them per country and they change with local pricing.
A finished render stays available for 24 hours, then it is permanently deleted. That is a deliberate privacy decision rather than a storage limit: Hardpark is not a gallery and does not keep a history of photographs of people's cars and homes.
If you want to keep a render, save it to your photo library. Once the 24 hours have passed it is gone from our provider as well as from the app, and there is no way for us to recover it. Re-running the same mods on the same photo produces a new render, not the old one.
If a generation fails, the credit is not consumed — the charge is only settled once a render actually completes. If a render appears stuck, close and reopen the app: work continues on our side while the app is closed, and reopening picks the result back up rather than starting again. If it is still stuck after that, email us with roughly when it happened.
Tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen. Restores are tied to the Apple ID that made the original purchase, so make sure you are signed in to the same one. If nothing is found, check Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to confirm what is active on that Apple ID.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, and only Apple can change or cancel one: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Hardpark. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep what you have already paid for until that period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in Settings if you want the billing to stop.
The short answer: it is shrunk and stripped of its location data on your phone, sent to the image model, and never stored anywhere — not by us, not by the provider. Only the render itself persists, and only for 24 hours. The privacy policy writes the whole journey out step by step, including the parts bounded by a third party.
You can delete a render, which makes it unreachable from the app immediately; the underlying image leaves our provider within 24 hours. You can also delete your data entirely, which removes your device's record, its balance and its generation history. Your original photos need no deletion, because they were never stored. Email us if you want this done and cannot find it in the app.
Anything not answered here — bugs, a render that went wrong, feature requests, accessibility problems, billing, or a privacy request — email gokhan.tosun1995@gmail.com. Please include which iPhone and which iOS version you are on, and roughly when the problem happened; it makes things much faster to track down.
